Natalie is Coopers&Co’s ‘Queen of Payroll’ and manages our client’s payroll services in Northampton accurately and on time. She processes hundreds of payrolls for happy clients each month. This means taking care of their pensions, holiday pay, maternity pay and SSP.

She also manages all returns and verifications for sub-contractors and businesses in the construction industry. She can also help to reclaim CIS. 

It’s a legal requirement in the UK for employers to provide a payslip, so a fully compliant and timely payroll is a legal essential for any growing business.

With over 35 years of payroll experience, Natalie has worked across a variety of sectors and has achieve her National Payroll Certificate Levels 1 & 2. She is also an active member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Providers.  

When she’s not busy managing payroll for our clients, you’ll find Natalie enjoying herself on a sunny holiday abroad or enjoying live music from the 1980’s.
